Rooted In Blackness(RIB) is committed to supporting our African American identified youth in Lane County navigate their path to a successful future. RIB will do this by creating a space where students can express themselves, provide academic and outreach opportunities, and work hand in hand with families, schools, and community partners to enhance the quality of life for each student.
